  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
  • During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days
  • Canada: 7–12 Business Days
  • Europe: 7–14 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Coastal Boy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
